90 stratos 266fs

I recently purchased a 1990 stratos 266fs. My plans are to use it as a fishing boat. It came pretty bare with all the carpet removed and only had one seat. Ive been taking the compartment lids apart cleaning and reinstalling. I removed the last lid which is for pole storage in the floor. I noticed all the wood is water logged and rotton around the inside. Ive been doing some reading on these forums and I fear I will be replacing all the stringers and flooring soon. Im looking for some advice specific and general. The front floor is solid fiberglass and so is the rear floor. But the mid floor appears to be 1/2 inch plywood with a 1/8 inch fiberglass csm laid over. If all my stringers are infact rotton how do i remove the front and rear portions of the floor to gain access? What type of plywood is recommended? I will post pics soon just waiting for a dry sunny day.
