1977 procraft where to start

Hello I'm in the process of restoring a 1977 procraft and I am unclear on a few things im redoing the stringers floor and possibly the transom my questions are I have removed the motor and floor im in the process of removing the cap im doing this while it is on the trailer as it is the only way to do it as of now if I removed the motor and the cap do I need to add more support under the haul second question I want to add another layer of fiberglass in the haul itself what should I use im doing two layers of glass on the stringers what wood is best and what fiberglass to use on the stringers and once they are in I plan on using two part pour in foam is this the best route to take once this is done what fiberglass should I use on the floor top and bottom how many layers and what type of wood is best my plan is to make it really water proof so no water gets inside the haul to the stingers so is marine plywood the only way to go I will add photos soon any help is very much appreciated
