Pouring two part foam under the deck. I would like to use the deck as the "mold" but want to remove the deck to ensure there are no voids. I tried using wax paper but the foam stuck to it like crazy. Is there anything that it won't stick to, Like a Garbage bags or something.

Lay some painters plastic over your stringers, then lay your decking over that. Pour your foam {cut a small hole in plastic to pour through** You then can lift the deck ply out fairly clean and the plastic, being clear will allow you to see any voids. If you have any you can slit the plastic and fill them.

Yup the plastic works..I posted a vid in my thread doing just as you are talking about. Works real good, once it cures the plastic can be pulled right off.
