kennedy craft capacity plate help

Was wondering if any can help me with my capacity plate. The boat is a 83 15' Kennedy craft skiff. The old one on the boat was painted over tryed many different ways to try to get the paint off but no luck so hope I could find someone with one

There are places on the internet that will make a replacement plate. You can look up your specs here Boat Manufacturers
