Dolphinite on lower unit - can't get it off

The ultimitate "garbage"! Last year I used Dolphinte anti foulant spray on my outboard. It has left a caked yellow residue. YIKES!!! I can't get it off!! Any suggestions?<br />Thanks for your reply.

Let it soak in water for a few years? <br /><br />Seriouly try some acetone and use some good gloves as acetone will desolve vinyl gloves quickly.<br /><br />Could try a 3M green pad to help mechanically remove that stuff.
