Pedestal Seats - too Complex

I would like to convert a solid, vintage S/R lake Ski-boat to an attractive Oregon crab/fishing boat, within reason.
The old convertible canvas top will be replaced with new top that will increase windshield height.
So, I went shopping online for Pedestal Seats. I envisioned pictures of Seats - white with a blue stripe with S/R embroidered. and a note(replaces original S/R back to back lounge seats)... silly me :joyous:

Instead, I was greeted with an array of vendors with brackets and slip this and that, and post and choices of metals - yeah - it's way too complex.

OK, I can drill the holes and fill and prep based on the many websites. But, please, I would like a simple solution.

For Example:
A Kit ?
Use: Salt water, sometimes rough.
Material: SS would match rails. planned crab davit SS.
Other: 360 degree, telescopic
Removable seats to access under dash/helm.

Thanks,
Ed
