Started a project that now can't be stopped. We are pulling the top cap off the Cajun and I am a little confused on a few things. The drain hole in the transom, does it come out easy or do you need to replace it? I also have to figure out how much of the top cap is epoxied to the transom. Looks like from the wiggle from the back that the glass is cracking away from the transom. The transom is really clean I would hate to bust it all up. Any help would be appreciated.

From the inside take a chisel and chisel the lip off the drain tube(s) then punch em out. Sawzall/chisels is the most common method used to free the transom from it's bond to the hull.
