Hi Everybody!!

I recently traded my boat for a 1991 Sunbird 21 footer Center Console with a 1992 150 HP Johnson. It all seems to be okay (motor has 75PSI compression even in all pistons). The wiring however is a mess. Under the console the wires are a mess and so are they in the back. I am very handy and think that I can arrange the cables and fix nicely. Does anybody have any advices before I jump in? Can I buy a new harness? Is there a way to find the wiring diagram for this boat/engine?

Thank you all in advance!

You can order a manual from iboats.
Is the engine running now?
I believe you are about 25 pounds short on compression. And put back the right color wires if you rewire it. :)

Re: Sunbird 1991

I was told by a mechanic that 75psi (even on all pistons) is acceptable. The motor runs very strong. It does about 55mph with no problem.

Thanks.
