I have a 15' Rinker Built w/ a Evinrude 70 outboard.
The power tilt and trim is a CMC model PT-130 serial #PT008613
My problem is that the CMC unit is leaking fluid and is now low enough that the tilt/trim will not move.
I have no idea how to add fluid to the unit. I also do not know how to stop it from leaking.
Can anyone give me some help, guidance, and/or advice?
Thanks

Re: Need help w/ CMC power tilt and trim

Thank you for the quick reply, but my CMC PT130 must be an older model. It looks different in that the motor and the actuator are seperate units not enclosed in the allum. box like pictured in the file link.
Thank again, though

Well I guess you could give them a call...and ask about your serial #...

They even have a question box form to ask any question you have...seem like a friendly bunch..

Contact CMC Marine | CMC Marine

"Please feel free to fill out the form below and submit it to our staff. Our goal here at CMC Marine is to serve our customers to the best of our ability. That means offering quality products and services to you. Ask any questions that you may have, and our trained staff will be more than happy to assist you any way possible. Your other option is to ask in the Evenrude forum on iboats forums.

Good Luck
