steigercraft scupper repair

removed my rabud ball scuppers and noticed fiberglass chipped around brass sleve for scuppers, whats a good product to seal this area, i don't want water getting behind transom glass

Ayuh,.... I'd guess Marine-tex would be a Good choice,....

thanks bondo, also i made a few block off plates out of aluminum because the scuppers are under water so they were always plugged in the boat, whats good for sealing the block off plates on the outside of boat, they will be underwater
