do i need to reduce the 545 primer?

ive read that theres no need to sand between coats if next coat is rolled less than 24 hrs after previous coat?

what about after last coat of primer and the topcoat? how much time is needed between these?

any help would be great?

Always follow the tech sheet. yea, you can sand it, sand as needed. Just because you dont need to, doesnt mean you wont get better results if u do....epoxy isnt usually a sand primer tho, you can use a high build primer over it if u really want to block it out.

Excellent product. I repainted my first 2750 (cabin cruiser) with 545 and Alumigrip (same thing)
Their website is great help!

Agreed, it's all in the tech data.
