Has anybody heard of this? I have a 1973 Chrysler Conqueror 105 that is a dull white. Somebody has told me to use laquer thinner with white towels on it to bring back the shine.

That looks like what I need, except one thing. It says if your boat is bright white it may leave a yellow tint on it; my boat is white. It is not bright white, but the comment worries me.

Last spring I used medical mineral oil. Lasts a month. Next spring I'm going to try Future floor polish by Johnson & Johnson.

I would not use lacquer thinner, it eats everything and also melts plastics. I have used Soft Scrub then buffed it with some fine rubbing compound.

Mark :D
