Week floor 16 foot fiberglass John boat need advise!

I have a 16x5 foot fiberglass John boat some one has redone the floor and it leaked soaking the foam underneth.
This seems to have led to some delamination on the inside of the hull making the floor weak.
My questions are how to fix the holes and can I just put new layer of glass to restrengthen the floor.
Any help would be welcome I don't know who to ask.

Post up some pics so we can see what you got. If the foam is wet it will prolly need to be removed and replaced. We really need to "See" what is going on.
