sorry about the quality of some of these pics. some where from my old phone, some from an old camera, and the latest from my new phone.

bridge decking not fitting yet.

here is why. not sure what happened there. i don't like wood. metal is my friend!
easy fix though. at least it was not too short!

way behind schedule, fishing season started before i could finish. i never miss opening day, so in went the old deck, no carpet, two seats and out we go.

not a great day of fishing, but weather was good, and this one made the day worth while.

back to working on her! didn't want to go with foam again. i was originally curious about the noise with something else, but after running it with nothing, i was pleasantly surprised. so in went 74 noodles from the dollar store.

i am goingf to silicone the seams in the decking, as i want to be able to remove it easily. will check i n a year or two to see how the noodles are holding up. also need access to thwe fuel tank. that was the main reason for going with snap in carpet. this way the floor will klook like one solid piece, no seams in the carpet.

have cut the carpet, but no pics. will get some more when i get it back from the upholsterer. now its on to the small pieces. and waiting. but getting closer. this winter should see much more qwork like consoles, bow decking, new paint, and some new vinyl. but not during the season. its short enough as it is.

Hey Bruno - I have the exact same boat, except mines a 93. I'm going to replace the carpet and floors soon so great to see your pictures.
I'm curious as to why you epoxied the plywood? Did you use marine grade plywood. I ask because I was told not to paint or seal marine grade plywood by the sales rep at Windsor Plywood here locally. Instead, I was told to use the marine grade glue, mix thin and paint on the cut pieces as an added sealer. Not really necessary I'm told as what makes marine plywood is the glue.

Keep the pics coming!

will try to keep it to 3 pics per post so they all show.

has anyone used table too epoxy to seal plywood, it says it can be used to waterproof wood, but i can’t find any chemical makeup for it. it’s similar priced to U.S. composites epoxy, but is available from amazon. not sure about crossing border to get stuff from the us at the moment.
mom curious to see how the pool noodles held up after 8 years.
the transom is coming out as well this time, so may take a while to get it all posted.
