12ft valco restoration

I just bought a 12ft valco model a-12 aluminum boat, rivited, outside hull has no dents but could be polished. Inside isnt bad i pulled the benches up to put some new boards down. as far as painting goes does anyone know what i should use for the inside of the boat and what to use to polish the ouside? thanks and help is needed its my first boat

At the bottom of your thread now, are 5 similar threads that will be a good place for you to start your research. Ext. Grade Plywood (Arauco) is a good Seat choice coated with 4-5 coats of Spar Varnish.
