Painting a non-skid deck

I am going to be re-painting my non-skid beck, which is in good shape, except for a few areas with spidercracks. The advice that Iam seeking is preperation, paint (brand) and wether to usea roller or spray to applay the paint.

Is the deck already non-skid (bumpy gelcoat), or are you looking for a non-skid paint/coating?

How much area, and what's your budget?
