Just thought I'd share a few "before/after" pics. The cowling was pretty beat up. I took off the badges(pain in the butt) and sanded/scuffed it up with 220grit sandpaper. I used a gloss automotive spray paint and sprayed many LIGHT coats. Huge improvement IMO.
