1997 Larson Flyer (115 Mercury Outboard) Upgrade or Sell???

Hi, hoping I can get some feedback here.

I purchased about 5 - 6 years ago a 1997 Larson Flyer that has a 115 Mercury Outboard on it. The price at the time was about 13K. The boat is still in very good running condition, with some steering upgrades and minor hull touch ups needed.

I'm curious if anyone has an idea if I did those fixes and chose to sell it, realistically would I get a fair value for it, OR would it be better to keep it?

That's the questions really: sell as is, fix it and sell, or keep it?

Now that this post is about a year old, what did you decide to do: upgrade or sell?

I purchased a 1996 Larson Flyer 166 a couple months ago. I only had it on the water once but the steering was really tight and since then I have replaced the steering cable.
Since you had yours for at least 5 years did you like the boat?
Did you have any issues with it I should be on the look out for?
