Ahhh, my poor Baby....the '79 Victoria....

P4250598.jpgP4250597.jpgP4250596.jpgP4240551.jpgHere are a couple o' pics where it appears the leaking transom plate/exhaust yoke o ring failed and caused a leak....which dripped on the transom wood...which seemed to wick over to the port side....and as you can see the wood is gone down past the swimstep screws to the very bottom of the hull....:(

I would so appreciate any suggestions...I've not done any fiberglass or restoration.

Wow, there is alot of rust there. I bet those screw holes in picture 2 had something to do with it also. Take a look at my threads and you will see two transom replacements.

Thanks for the threads.....the rust is because it was wet for so long...the wood under the transom plate was still wet even after the boat had been out of the water for 4 months!
