Deck / Floor and stringers on my Invader V19 - What fiberglass do I need

I will be replacing the deck / floor and stringers on my Invader V19 bowrider. I plan to use poly resin, and PL adhesive to bed the stringers. I have only ever worked with CSM and poly in the past, and I have never replaced stringers before.

Can somebody give me any Idea as to what fiberglass I should buy, and how much of it I need? I'm planning on getting 5 gallons of resin. Any thing else I should pick up wile I'm at the marine supply? What should I use to thicken the resin for filleting?

Standard Polyester Layup Resin
1.5 oz CSM 10 yds
1708 Biaxial cloth 10 yds

This should be a good start.
