I just finished wet sanding the finish of my boat and went down to NAPA to get some 3M Super Duty Rubbing Compound. The guy at NAPA gave me a bottle of 3M Perfect It 3000 extra cut compound instead and said it was the same product.
Well, I know he is wrong but was wondering if it is close enough to do a similar job. The stuff is so expensive I'd like to know before I open the bottle.
