ive been working on this for about a year and a half, got the transom in its 1.5" coosa bluewater 26 with three layers of 1708. im moving on to the stringers, i vacuumed two layers 1708 to a form then poured 6lb foam into them. my question is what would you use to bed them to the hull, thickened resin (poly resin), or something like pl9000 adhesive? my plan is to add two more layers of 24oz roving with 1.5oz chop in between and finish with 1.5oz chop, each layer making more contact with the hull. also any more layers on the transom? ill be putting a bracket on the boat for a large outboard 225-250hp or go with twins around the 150hp mark here are a few pics to help i hope
