Hello iBoaters!!
I am BRAND new on this webpage and have been reading some great information. I am a proud key west 1900 cc owner and have just acquired a new leaning post that I want to install. My question is if I were to mount this new post with 20 gage screws, about 2 inches long, will that go into my fuel tank? Where is the fuel tank (how far below the deck??)? I am going to put it in the same foot print as the flip-flop cooler. Would you recommend 4200 to fill the existing holes from the cooler base? Thanks in advance.

Chris,

Did you ever find out how long your screws should be when installing your leaning post. I have a 2000 KW CC and am planning on replacing the filp flop seat with a 36'' leaning post.

Thanks!
