1970MFG question

So I am also starting to rehab a 1970 MFG Niagara and I wanted some clarification. Does a 70 MFG Niagara not have wood stringers or foam under the floor to get waterlogged or rot? I was looking at your pictures (http://forums.iboats.com/forum/boat...78-fixing-up-my-14ft-mfg-niagara-w-pics/page4) and it is hard to tell if this boat has any wood in the floor. Can someone elaborate?

I think they started using wood for the stringers in late 60's early 70's ..And foam ..

Thanks everyone. I got a better look at the floor and there are a few .5" holes drilled. I can see wet foam at least, not sure if there is wood stringers.

Boat, try to avoid posting in inactive topics. After 90days w no new posts, its unlikely you'll get a reply.... Esp 5yr old topics about a ski-twin running or not....
