I have a 1990 Blazer bass boat. I'm trying to figure out how to get the gas tank out to do some maint. under it. The live well and bilge pumps are under it. I unhooked everything from tank and removed the top strap but it won't move. Are they glued down or maybe some fasteners I'm missing somewhere?
