Today was my boat project's maiden voyage. I got enough done to launch and take her for a test spin. It still needs trim, but I was able to run it today. Take a look at the pics. However, things did not go off without a hitch: I have a mechanical problem that I'll take up in the Mercury Outboards forum.

Well the boat looks good! Much better than the "mug" on it's owner.

Congrats on getting on the water. I know it has been a long journey. Is that an inline six 115 HP? if so, it appears that you are getting a good ride out of it!
