  • glastron 1978 cvx 18 wireing diagram

I have recently acquired a 1978 glastron cvx18. I am in search of a wiring diagram so I can get this boat back to stock. Can some one please point me in the right direction?

Read the post at the top of this section titled Coast Guard Rules and there are some great links in there that may help.
This is a great link to boat specifications http://boatspecs.iboats.com/

i have a cvx 16 with a 140 OB. the wiring was very simple. i dont have a diagram but i can see what i can come up with.
is yours an outboard or IB\OB.
do you have any of the original wiring left on the boat? fuse block or bus bar?
i traced my old wires while replacing them. i also referred to the teleflex gauge website for wiring diagrams for their guages.

Just go to http://www.stingrayboats.com/product...neral_faq.html , scorll to the bottom of the page and click on dc wiring.

It is the most complete diagram that I have run across. Use as much of it as you need to provide the functions that the boat came with.
