Handrail replacement

I am going to have to replace the forward handrail on my boat. The original was made from aluminum and has seen better days. I will be buying a new 1 inch piece of Stainless tube and bending it to make the new handrail. Has anyone got a good idea for a simple bender I can used to bend the tube?

I was thinking of building a pulpit off the bow. That is the only tight bend I will have to make. Any ideas?

A conduit tubing bender is OK for gentle bends, etc. But for the tight radius you're talking about in that pulpit would require a bending machine.
