One paint?

I have a 28' cabin cruiser on a trailer. It spends 95%+ time on the trailer. I acquired it a couple of years ago and now want to paint it. I think the PO painted the decks with white Rustoleum as I found a partially used can in one of the lockers. I have no idea what the topsides are painted with. May well be the original factory paint. The bottom has maybe 3 layers of different colors. Aside from the prep work, is there a single paint I can use on the bottom, topsides and decks? As I said this boat is a trailer queen. It gets a fresh water wash down after each outing.

I used tractor paint from l&m fleet supply on the pontoon. I've heard it holds up well, first season and it seems to be doing well. I'll wax her every spring.
