Picked up a "Project" boat and once I determined it floated and ran, pulled it into the garage and started in on the project. Removed the seats, cut out a large chunk of floor. I'm wondering now if this is a project I really want to take on. It looks like the stringers are foam filled and when the previous owner added seats, they drilled large holes into the stringers. The foam inside the stringers appears wet and I have no idea how I would remove it. I'm also wondering how I would remove the consoles if needed...

Do I have to split the hull or chop up more with the sawzal?

So, I was going to post pictures, but I haven't made enough posts yet to be able to do so...
