Hoping to get some more eyeballs on this...where can I buy the tube or half tube cardboard pieces for stringer forms? The two outer original stringers are dome or half tube shaped

If they need replacing, Google "mailing tubes". Some are as long as 6' and they can be cut length-wise and taped together for any length you need. Since they will be encapsulated with cloth and resin, they will hold shape until the resin cures and that's all you need.

If you replace the "Domed" stringers make sure you use a Minimum of 2 layups of 1908 fabric. Since the cardboard will not be carrying any of the load. The Glass needs to be a good 1/4" thick to make them strong enuf to carry the load.

You think it would be possible to replace with normal stringers?

Yea I found some 6" I'll start there. I basically am doing my own stringer pattern because the glass work was such a mess I just couldn't tell what they had. Looks like it was wrong from the get go. Putting 4 straight stringers back and one dome on both outsides

Anything above 65? is ok, You might want to use 1.5% if you want it to kick a bit quicker. 1% is the Norm. I use 1.5% until temps get to 80? or higher. Only mix enuf to get put down in 15 mins or you'll lose it.

One more question...1708 work for regular stringers or do I need 1808 for stringers as well?

They're basically the exact same product, some suppliers just sell the one ounce heavier 1808
