I know it probably has lots of variables, but can any of you estimate what a shop would charge to replace the flooring in a mid '80s Supra Comp ski boat? Nothing fancy, just floor and basic marine carpet.

Depends on your market, and how busy they are, plus its often not 'just' the deck (floor)......

So lets start w where you are?

I'm sure it can mushroom fast. I'm in central Texas. Board has always been out of weather, just rotted out from years of people getting in wet. What else is common to find? Thanks for responding.

Most of the time if the floor is rotten so are the stringers and transom, so it turns into a complete gut and rebuild, probably $5,000 and up for a shop to do it, but the estimates will come in with a very wide range in price, and some will do a very poor job.

Yes, I tend to agree that the stingers may not be in good shape, as that is where gravity takes the water that gets through the floor.

I would agree $5K and up would be a good budgetary estimate.
