Hey guys, new here. This is my first post, with soon to be many more to come. I have a 1967 starcraft holiday deep v, 18.5ft, 90hp outboard, that I'm converting to an open bow center console. I plan to docement the entire build on iboats.

I would like to paint the boat, and I'm wondering a rough estimate of the weight of the hull, completely gutted and no motor. The idea is to get 4 buddies to lift it off the trailer, and turn it upside down. This will allow me better access for prep as well. Thanks guys

We flipped my 18' SS bare hull with 4 guys and it wasn't too bad.

I figured. Data says the boat is 800lb, but minus the floor, dash...etc I'm hoping 500lb or less.

Terri- If you remove the transom too, you will not struggle with 4 guys. I did my Offshore with just my cousin and I. My transom weighed probably 80# by itself so something to consider. Good luck with your rebuild.
