28ft, 1987 Wellcraft Monte Carlo. found on port side two ribs separated from bottom stringer, the fiberglass has cracked and rib will wiggle free there are two of them in a row like that one has even separated from the hull on the tip end. Can I tie these back in with angle brace to the stringer and glass down the other end back to the hull. Would like to understand the importance to the integrity of the hull and hull flexing of these parts.

Pics always help us to help you. Short answer is the stringers and ribs are the Backbone of the hull and the structural integrity of the hull depend on them.
