Thanks guys, and yes Glen I was really suffering from withdrawal, but this was the first winter I've been able to park my vehicle in my garage so that was a nice treat not having to clean 6 inches of snow off in the morning or having to use my command start twice to get into a warm vehicle, any way we got the inside gutted we are going to move the consoles and windshield ahead by 1 foot prefer to have more space in the rear portion, the bow will still have a lot of space, and going to put a live well in the bow section.

Given the average age of the Starcraft crowd, and the medical conditions we might have or are recovering from, that is a dangerous post, and just plain mean ;>)

Got a bit more done, removed the first 2 pieces of plywood actually they were both in really good condition, and the blown in flotation looks good so far as well, I know the 2 rear pieces of ply flooring definitely need replacing not sure about the foam there either, we'll see tomorrow.

Another nice SS hits the Budski hangar! I'll be interested to see the conversion into a fishing boat and the livewell install especially. I've been shopping for a complete livewell kit online and had no luck finding one.

Here's pretty simple way to install a live well, I've purchased a couple of live wells from great lakes skipper, they have many styles and sizes and parts.

That would be a great set up for sure. It looks easy alright like the 2 in my SN but I can't find anything similar to that livewell with a top / hatch to seal it. All the ones I see are replacement livewells for other boats and it's just the tub.
