Day 19 - work on new stringer through hull rivots. Seal hole that was caused by floor screw

UPS brought me some 2 part pourable foam (expands about 4 to 1

Day 20 - remove 3m 5200 from rivots using scraper and wire brush

Day 20 - working upside down and under the boat - pulled off sun baked worn and torn vinyl from the gunnels

I also listed every part on paper. I defined the part by make (wood or aluminum) , material ( carpet or vinyl) and size

Day 21 - testes some accent lighting i will use for night fishing. Also started sanding the hull

I bought the boat "bare". The PO had removed all electronics, fishing items, safety equipment.

Looks like a heck of a project and you got a plan......As far as the trl.....now is the time to put the boat on the floor and take the trl to a sandblaster....I had mine done for $200, then I primed and painted. SOOO much better than wire brushing and sanding. What kind of kicker are you going to mount on the back, along with the 140 merc.
