I took more measurements and pictures today. The hull on this is lopsided, the outside edges are the hull itself and they are different from side to side! If you are standing at the rear, the right side wall is shorter. I put up my measurements so you could see what I have found.
Everything is 1/2" Ply, transom had 3 layers. The foam was wet when I cut the section out but dissipated when I cut the core out of it.
