Advice on 18 ft utility boat restoration

I am tempted to buy this boat, but I never worked on a boat before and I was wondering if you guys let me know how difficult and tricky this restoration could be. What should I look for before purchasing? What hidden problems could be there? Something bad that a newbie like me can't see, but pretty obvious for experienced guys? All I need from this boat is a nice utility boat, nothing fancy. Thanks!
