Default Kill switch 1975 6HP Chrysler Model 62HG.

Does any one know how to make this motor turn off? Kill switch. If not can any one tell me how to wire one in. I have to choke to kill. It is fouling out my plugs. Thank You.

model 62HG is a 1976 model.Copy and paste this link into the address bar.It shows a picture of your motors electrical system.Part #27 is labeled as a "grounding switch".Sounds like someone has modified your motor.I hope this helps.mercruiserparts.com/Show_Pictures3.asp?dnbr=FOB2156-1&ivar=images/CHRYSLER/FOB2156.1/4A.png&inbr=1735&bnbr=20&bdesc=MAGNETO
