1997 Force 120 manual?

Where can I get a manual for my engine so that I can tune it up myself. Also, right now the engine starts up fine and runs fine. But, say I go about 30MPH and quickly stop the boat and put it in neutral, it sometimes dies. What could this be? I bought it used and the origianl owner told me that it just needs a tune-up. You think there's anything else wrong with it?

The engine is running lean @ low speed. Open the low speed jets 1/16 of a turn...this should cure the problem.TMD

Thanks for the help TMD. Where are the jets located? Also, are they labeled (I don't want to adjust the wrong ones and screw enerything up)? I have some experience (nitro RC cars) with adjusting the fuel mix. It does sound a little lean on the low end.
