Default 1997 120 hp mercury force trim/tilt problem

Hello, I'm new to the forum and hope I might get an answer to the problem I'm having with my tilt/trim. It was working fine then just quit working. It doesn't raise or lower. I checked all the connections, fuses and external grounds that I could locate, still nothing. I used a lamp continuity probe on the relays and found I was not getting anything through the green or blue wire on either relay, just the hot (red wire). I unplugged the blue and green wire connectors leading to the motor and tried hooking them from the battery to the tilt motor direct to see if I could get anything and still nothing. I still suspect a ground problem, but everything looks good unless there is a ground I'm missing. Any suggestions or other test I can do to find the source of my problem? Thanks:

sounds like a blown fuse or some other form of not getting 12v out of control switch
