    Default 1993 40hp force head bolt torque specs?

    I am changing the head gasket on my '93 40hp force and wanted to know if anyone knows the troque specs and if there is any certain pattern to tighten them down in.

    Can't say for certain as I have a 1994 50 hp and I do not have a manual. From searching this forum, for a 50 HP someone posted 270 Inch Pounds. I just did the head gasket on my motor, and now each cylinder is at 140 psi. Good luck with yours.
