    Default 1987 force ignition problems

Ok so last week I blew a coil. After the coil blew the other one would still spark. I switched all of the wires around and it still sparked. So i ordered a new coil and installed it. now the new coil fires and the other one doesnt. I switch the wires around again and only the new coil fires again. Does this mean I need a second new coil... Thats what im thinking? the ignition switch is broken and i have both magneto wires disconnected from the ignition switch.
