ideally i would love to use an ipad, but what other alternatives do i have ?

i cant even find the standart display anywhere on the internet, any brand someone can recommend ?

Hi, i have an bravo 3XR drive, with the 1.81 gear ratio.

What is it that makes the lower gear kit so much more expensive for this ratio ?

The propellers need to be changed and so does the lower gear kit, can i use the 1.65 gear kit that is cheaper and go for lower pitch propellers ?

I am changing the saltwater pump on my Universal 5432 (Kubota V1501 Block) from the original Sherwood (Old universal pump #298890 new Weterbeke part #301357) to an Oberdorfer N202M-15.

On Monday purchasing Oberdorfer N202M-15 from Marine Pump Direct has 28 years of marine pump experience .

Am I doing this right? Anyone changed to Oberdorfer N202M-15 from the Sherwood?

Hello All. I have a year 2000 Cummins 6BT 5.9M in a 36' sundeck. It only has 420 hours on it. Runs great, but at 2000 RPM the temp is 190 pushing 200. I have boiled out the heat exchanger, replaced the raw water pump, cleaned out the intake strainer, and all the hoses are good. I don't know IF I have a problem, but a local marine mechanic suggested I look at the thermostat. I don't want to starting tearing down the engine, but it is 13 years old, and with the low hours, maybe the thermostat has deteriorated - don't know. Anyone ever replace theirs? Thanks

Can any one tell me what direction the AQAD40 motor turns..is it left hand? I have been doing some work on crank shaft seal and pulleys and have turned the diesel motor backwards and fowards while repairing..I have it all finished now and was wondering if there are any precautions before starting up..? Some one told me you can damage motor if not careful?

My venerable old motor has sprung a leak at the top of the pump. My thought is to replace the o-rings first to see if that cures the problem. Any words of wisdom are greatly appreciated.
