Hi, I just wanted to share some pics from yesterday's outing at Caņo Matias in Salinas, PR.
We arrived at el caņo around 8:45 am, took no pictures of the afternoon when there were 3 lines of boats morred around, music etc.

We are heading to the Tampa area to see a Rays game and decided to turn it into a long weekend. We found a hotel in Treasure Island that has a marina. I have an 18' bowrider and am looking for advice on where to go and what to see. I've heard there is good dolphin watching in the area and also looking for some good restaurants. Thanks in advance! :)

It seams there are a few people on here from Raleigh looking to meet other boats. Anyone interested in a meet up on Jordon lake?

jsut curious what every one is doing out there. we venture from stoney Creek to the middle river ( miami beach )
alot but now that i see then boat can take the trips im looking for more places to go and more things to see looking for more boating buddies.

I'm looking for a good place to take my friends out on that Sunday.

Can anyone suggest a fun spot? We'd like to be out anchoring, run jetski, raft around in inflables, tubing (with jetski), relax with food and drink. The group is young 21-30, I'm the oldest (38). About 10 of us.

I plan to join the Northern CA Sea Ray club with my wife & kids on Saturday in delta somewhere, then with my group on Sunday. So one idea is to have my group meet up at the same place on the delta. But we live in Hayward, so was wondering if there's other spot near home that'd be better choice.

Please advice.

Hey guys we just bought our first boat, it's a sea ray weekender 230. I'm excited about staying on our boat at the marina but my wife is not. She doesn't think she will be able to sleep on the boat. Have any of you ran into this problem with your significant other? If so how did you address it?

Anyone have any experience with Midway, Foxhaven or Catawba Landing marinas. How are the people that run them? How is security? Etc. I may be leaving my current marina on S. Bass Island and going over to Catawba Island for the season. Any insights would be appreciated.

Lake Shasta Summer Blast June 21-28 2013
We will be launching 3 houseboats from the Silverthorn Marina on June 21st at 3pm and will return on the 28th. Everyone is invited to join us during our stay. We will have the "Outlaw Chef" from Fred`s Texas Cafe in our party. FRED'S TEXAS CAFE Check it out. Activities include a Luau, Wakeboarding, Air Chair, Tubing, Party Island, Parasailing (We own it !!!!) Our Margarita machine will be working overtime LOL. As we get closer to splash day more details will follow. If anybody is interested let us know. We should not that hard to find anyway since 3 houseboats will be tied together and flying Pirate flags :joyous:

Anyone know cool places in Myrtal Beach to dock up for a night. Me and the GF made our selfs a nice 4 day weekend in June, we were planning on putting in at Sunset Beach and heading down to Myrtal. I know nothing of Myrtal from the water just the boardwalk. Looking for a cool place where we can dock up get out, go dancing, walk around etc.

I am planning to trailer my 21' Sea Ray cuddy from Louisville to northern Kentucky and launch for a cruise up to Augusta for an overnight at a B&B there. What are my launch options with overnight truck and trailer parking in the NKY or Cincinnati area?

First time poster. I have been reading your posts all winter. Thanks for all the knowledge that you have given me. I just picked up my new to me 1996 Glastron GS185. Got it out of rack storage today and it went straight to the fabric shop for new sundeck and rear seats. I had a 1984 16 foot Bayliner bowrider that I sold last week for the same money I paid for it. I really just got into boating last spring so I bought a cheap boat to see if I would like it. Couldn't keep me an the wife off the water.
We live in Deerfield New Hampshire so I am trying to see if anybody out there knows of any good lakes to eat on besides winnipesaukee.

Anyone ever use the emerald island NC Wildlife boat ramp? If so how is it? I went to the Sneads Ferry ramp a few weekends ago and it was a disaster, low tide drifted in to a marker, got the chain wrapped in the prop, ran agound more times then I can remember etc. I want to know if the emerald island ramp is as hard to navigate until you are in the channel (ICW)
