Jensen deck won't send sound through line out

Hello I just am wondering if anyone knows if you have to configure the Jensen marine deck it came stock with the Tahoe q5i 2008 I have my amp all Hooked up the amp works when I plug it into the iPod cord but when I connect the RCA to the stereo it does not work any help would be great

Make sure you have the cords pluged in right and check the settings to see if you have to turn on the "amp" feature.
