Gauge cluster Wiring Diagram for Glastron 175 w Volvo penta

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone would know what colour wires are supposed to go to both the volt meter and trim gauge in a 2001 Glastron Sx175? My voltmeter doesn't seem to work but there is an orange wire behind the dash thats been cut and doesn't seem to go anywhere. Also, my trim gauge gets power as it moves when the boat is started, but then stays at the full high position at all times.

I would love some ideas as to where to start.

The gauges will be wired very much like the diagram in the stickies at the very top of this forum (not this page) titled "Generic Boat Wiring Diagram". A voltmeter needs only +12 volts and ground when the key is on. Any wire will do, but the "I" terminal on any gauge is also +12 volts when the key is on. Connect to any one of them. Same for ground.
