How to remove bowrider handrail?

Have a damaged right side bowrider handrail, 2006 270BR, and trying to replace it with new one. How do you remove the back cushions to gain access. I have removed the screws holding the bottoms if the cushions. Is there velcro holding them in addition to the metal clips that I can see when I pull the bottom of the back out? The front leg with bolt I can access through the anchor hold. Appreciate any advice.

I have worked on several of theses boats and there shouldn't be anything else other than the clips holding it in unless it was put in after it was built. Depending on the angle of the clips you should be able to slide it up or diagonally . They are in there really tight so be careful not to damage you upholstery . I hope this will help you out.
