Fuel Tank Size on '88 OMC Cobra 5.7 GM?

Anyone have idea what the fuel tank size is? Drive is on a 1988 Landau 21' Bowrider. The fuel gauge doesn't work (I know, get it fixed), so in the meantime I was wondering what the fuel tank size was. Most I've ever had to put in it was 18.5 gal. When i bought it I was told it was a 20 gal. tank, but the previous owner didn't know for sure. I always fill it up before it goes in the water, but I was just curious.

Hey Landau, welcome aboard!! Believe it or not this is not really an engine topic . . . So I moved it over to the general Boat Topics area to see if we could get you some responses.

Do you have access to the tank? Can you get measurements? If you have access you can stick the tank before and after you fill to get an idea of the total capacity. In this case I am not sure that gauge helps much anyway. Good luck.
