lightweight, fast drying, easy sanding fairing putty?

hi all,i have some large (vertical) areas of pour foam that i need to fair in preparation for glass. the original foam was molded and had to be removed to access the transom for repair. these areas are about 2 sq feet. i need something that is suitable for glass and epoxy and dries to a sandable surface easily. it doesn't need to be strong as the foam and glass are providing the structure. thanks for any suggestions.matt

yeah,, light weight spackel ,, by DAP or whoever.. get at any hardware store for cheap..pint, quart, 1/2 gal.. it's good stuff .. fits/fills your every need.. but not the 'regular' heavy old school spackel.. how do you tell..?? pick 'em up.. buy the lighter container..

genius. i totally forgot about that stuff. i used to use it all the time when i painted houses for a living. it is one of the marvels of technology if you ask me.matt
